Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and engage with clients experiencing symptoms of serious mental health or emotional disorders, whether through virtual meetings or in community settings.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve common objectives, including creating and implementing integrated care plans that reflect best practices.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards while maintaining confidentiality and promoting a safe environment for all clients.

• Facilitate brief, evidence-based treatments and interventions, adjusting approaches based on the unique needs of each client.

• Support crisis intervention efforts, employing best practices to ensure clients are safely managed during critical situations.

• Monitor client progress, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and administrative processes in line with organizational policies.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to committee work that aims to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

• Provide case management services, including linkage to community resources and support services, ensuring clients receive appropriate follow-up care.

• Be available for on-call coverage during assigned hours to support clients outside regular office hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n
