Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care environment to establish baseline abilities and recovery potential.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing varied therapeutic approaches, including exercise regimens, manual therapy techniques, and adaptive equipment.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on documented outcomes and reevaluations.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on techniques and tools that promote self-care and mobility, fostering greater independence in daily activities.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy by participating in workshops, engaging with professional literature, and networking with peers to enhance your skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility caters to a diverse patient population encompassing individuals of all ages—children, adults, and seniors—recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. You will encounter a wide variety of cases that challenge your clinical skills and allow you to develop a rich understanding of different therapy modalities tailored to individual patient needs. This role is vital in ensuring patients achieve their maximum functional potential and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is mandatory.
• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Florida with a clean professional record.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy and a proven track record of implementing successful exercise therapy programs.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, for detailed documentation.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy techniques supported by the latest research and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience within a rehabilitation setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Expertise in developing individualized care plans for diverse patient populations is valued.
• Experience in training other health team members in physical therapy best practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, which reflects your experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
