Technical Lead - OEE Implementation

Role Description
The Technical Lead - OEE Implementation will be responsible for leading OEE implementation projects in a GxP-regulated environment.
- Lead end-to-end Technical digital OEE implementation, including collaborating solution design with vendor, integration, and deployment.
- Provide strong expertise in OEE concepts, metrics, and manufacturing performance improvement.
- Design and manage technical architecture aligned with cloud platforms such as AWS and enterprise infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, cloud, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Drive integration with MES, IoT devices, data historians, and enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, architecture, and runbooks.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security, and data governance requirements.
- Support system maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for configuration, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and lead mitigation to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience as the Technical Lead leading OEE implementation projects.
- 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry.
- Experience implementing solutions in a GxP-regulated environment.
Requirements
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems landscape (MES, data historians, IoT, enterprise integrations) is a plus.
