Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, leveraging telehealth technologies to provide flexible access to mental health services. Working hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and insightful assessments to identify clients’ needs and establish personalized goals for treatment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to guide clients through their challenges.

• Lead group therapy sessions designed to encourage peer support and accountability among clients in recovery.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other health professionals to provide integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention and acute support as needed during critical moments of substance-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about substance use disorders and effective recovery strategies, empowering them with knowledge and resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a background in telehealth counseling, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment approaches will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
