• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to gather detailed patient histories and develop a thorough understanding of each client’s needs.

• Integrate assessment findings into comprehensive clinical summaries that inform effective treatment planning.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of clinical interactions, including progress notes that reflect the patient's treatment journey and responses.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid LPCC license to practice counseling in the state of California.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the field of counseling, demonstrating proficiency in delivering effective therapeutic services.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, facilitating clear and empathetic interactions with clients.

• Comfort with diverse technology platforms, including telehealth software, video communication tools, and internal communication channels.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and proficiency in utilizing various telehealth platforms will be advantageous. Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) may also be beneficial in addressing various client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
