Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through virtual consultations, documenting client history and treatment progress meticulously.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with an array of clients facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction disorders. This role is critical in creating a safe and inclusive space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, allowing for meaningful therapeutic relationships that facilitate personal growth and healing. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW in the state of Arizona is essential for this position.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, dependent on experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
