Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by utilizing various psychological evaluation techniques to inform treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Maintain detailed, secure client records that adhere to ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Collaborate effectively with clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support their changing needs and objectives.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
