Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations through the collection of patient history and performance assessments, tailoring treatment strategies based on individual needs.
• Communicate findings and establish collaborative goals with patients and their families, ensuring they are actively involved in the treatment plan.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that adapt to the patient's ongoing condition and the dynamic healthcare landscape.
• Work alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, regularly assessing and modifying the treatment plan as patient conditions evolve.
• Ensure proper discharge planning and follow-up care by maintaining accurate, timely documentation of patient interactions, evaluations, and progress.
• Manage your schedule effectively to meet productivity expectations while providing timely care and engaging in marketing initiatives that promote our services.
• Actively participate in achieving departmental goals, adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities for professional development and mentor students or new staff as applicable.
• Enhance patient experiences through flexible approach strategies that prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving access to care, utilizing site-specific performance data to identify barriers and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including those recovering from surgical procedures, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating from injury. Our focus is on providing personalized care tailored to each patient's unique needs, ensuring that they experience a supportive and nurturing recovery process.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapist license to practice in the state of Florida.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Experience in a rehabilitation facility is a plus, though not required.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
