As a pivotal part of our clinical staff, you will provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support clients’ mental health needs.

• Assessing new clients through comprehensive evaluations and creating individualized treatment plans based on their unique situations and goals.

• Maintaining client records and documentation in compliance with health regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborating with fellow clinicians during case discussions to improve treatment strategies and share professional insights.

• Staying informed about the latest developments in mental health care by engaging in available continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of adolescents and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. This role allows you to develop strong, trusting relationships with a maximum of eight clients per group session, providing you with the opportunity to engage in-depth with each individual’s journey toward healing and wellness.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• A valid license for independent practice, such as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Junior-licensed professionals will also be considered, as supervision will be provided.

• Availability to commit between 12 to 40 hours per week, contingent upon whether the position is classified as 1099 (independent contractor) or W2 (full-time employee).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in working with adolescent and young adult populations and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous. Candidates who have previously engaged in therapeutic settings with evidence-based methodologies, and possess strong communication skills will thrive in our collaborative environment.
