Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, tailored to the specific needs of each client, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with agency policies and licensing requirements.

• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings, providing insights and consultation for client care, while collaboratively developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing interdisciplinary communication, attending necessary meetings and conferences to enhance patient recovery and facilitate discharge processes.

• Assist in training and development initiatives for colleagues, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the practice.

Your work will involve supporting a broad range of clientele, including individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in various evidence-based treatment modalities, especially those addressing mood disorders.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating effectively with medical professionals.

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse population of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient settings or community health clinics, particularly in providing therapy for mood disorders and anxiety.

• A track record of successful client outcomes in therapeutic settings, demonstrating your ability to implement treatment plans effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
