Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the needs, goals, and challenges of clients entering our substance use disorder treatment program.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring each client receives personalized care.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, employing techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to drive engagement and progress.

• Lead group therapy sessions that foster community support and shared experiences among individuals in recovery, maximizing the benefits of peer interaction.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a wide demographic, including individuals struggling with various substances and those impacted by their addiction—family members and loved ones included. You will work with clients at different stages of recovery, providing necessary support tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, and familiarity with recovery-oriented care models.

• Previous experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, characterized by a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions to our team.
