Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through telecommunication methods, ensuring accurate documentation throughout the treatment process.

• Develop customized treatment plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress against established goals within the treatment plan, adjusting strategies as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to provide integrated care.

• Assist clients and their families in navigating community resources and referrals to ensure a holistic approach to mental health management.

• Regularly follow up with clients, offering additional support and modifying intervention tactics as required to promote effective recovery.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest advancements in psychotherapy and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to engage with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring you remain respectful of their unique experiences and needs. Our integrative approach means that you will also address any underlying physical health concerns affecting psychological well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the State of Washington.

• A successful score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and effective dialogue with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Proficiency with electronic health records systems, particularly AVATAR, to manage client data efficiently.

• Experience with addiction disorders and co-occurring conditions is highly valued.

• Familiarity with the latest American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) guidelines and best practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize while maintaining professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
