Working closely with HR leadership, the HR Generalist will assist in day-to-day HR operations, support employee-related matters, and help ensure a positive and compliant workplace. This position offers exposure to a wide range of HR activities and opportunities to develop deeper expertise over time.Your ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations Support* Serve as a point of contact for routine employee inquiries and HR-related questions* Support employee relations activities, including documentation and follow-up on workplace matters* Partner with HR leadership on investigations and more complex employee situations* Help promote a positive and inclusive work environmentRecruitment & Onboarding* Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication* Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth new hire experience* Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment dataCompliance & HR Administration* Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation* Assist with audits, reporting, and policy updatesContinuous Improvement* Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency* Support HR projects and initiatives* Demonstrate interest in emerging tools (including AI) to enhance HR operationsWhat We're Looking For* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field* 2–4 years of HR experience* Exposure to employee relations, recruiting, or HR operations* Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred* Interest in AI tools or digital HR solutions is a plus* Strong organizational and communication skills* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion* Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR functionWhat We Offer* Competitive salary (~$75K–$80K) and benefits* Opportunities for growth and development* Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Miele AG
