Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients experiencing immediate emotional distress, employing de-escalation techniques and planning for ongoing care.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards by keeping accurate client records within our database system.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals on the team to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices through continuous education and participation in professional development sessions.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings to review case load and enhance your clinical skills through feedback and shared learning.

Qualifications\n
