Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to accurately assess clients’ mental health needs, identifying their strengths and potential areas for growth.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with each client’s individual goals and challenges, employing evidence-based methodologies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches—to enhance clients’ coping skills.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to mental health care.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families, facing a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
