Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients during sessions to determine their mental health needs and evaluate their overall well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that may incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based methods.

• Maintain regular contact with clients, employing various therapeutic modalities to help them develop coping strategies and achieve personal goals.

• Coordinate care by referring clients to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or specialized therapists, as required.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain compliance and enhance the continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience working with diverse mental health issues.

• Expertise in delivering therapy across a variety of settings and modalities, including both individual and group formats.

Compensation and Benefits\n
