Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health evaluations and assessments, including thorough investigations into clients' criminal, substance abuse, and mental health histories to inform a comprehensive treatment plan.

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to provide a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate standard practice guidelines for specific diagnoses, while providing therapy, therapeutic counseling, and education.

• Provide on-call crisis intervention services, including emergency consultation for patients experiencing acute mental health crises during business hours.

• Evaluate suicide risk with clinical precision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to state regulations and ethical standards.

• Write detailed clinical reports and maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in continual professional development to stay updated with best practices in mental health care and improve the efficacy of treatment provided.

Qualifications\n
