Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering clinical services through the development and implementation of person-centered, recovery-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Conducting continuous assessments to identify treatment needs and adjusting strategies accordingly.

• Assisting in the formulation, monitoring, and execution of individualized service plans designed to foster skill development and coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will be primarily centered around adults aged 18 and older who face mental health challenges that impact their ability to function independently within the community. These individuals often experience difficulties in various areas, including social interactions, daily living skills, and emotional regulation. Providing thoughtful, empathetic support will be essential in helping them navigate these challenges and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.

• A valid and current state board license, which may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision, supported by a clean disciplinary record regarding licensure.

• A strong foundation in clinical service delivery, with a track record of successful client interactions.

• Proficiency in using computer systems relevant to clinical documentation and communication.

• Access to a reliable Wi-Fi connection for optimal virtual engagement.
