Work Environment

This full-time position is conducted onsite within the home care setting, where therapists engage directly with patients in their own environments. While you may occasionally work weekends, the typical weekly commitment is around 40 hours, providing a structured yet flexible work schedule to maintain a balance between professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and develop tailored treatment plans for patients suffering from functional limitations and disabilities.
• Provide expert consultation to healthcare providers to facilitate a seamless continuum of care.
• Engage effectively with patients, adhering to our high standards of customer service, regardless of age or cultural background.
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, interpret findings, and implement appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor treatment progress, re-evaluate protocols, and educate patients and their families about ongoing care strategies.
• Document all treatment activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards of documentation.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic patient care.
• Participate actively in leadership activities such as community outreach, program development, and education for both staff and interns.
• Ensure that all aspects of patient care are coordinated effectively, from initial assessment to discharge planning.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices through self-study and participation in continuing education opportunities.

You will work with a diverse patient population, providing care to individuals facing orthopedic challenges ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
