This position is primarily remote, providing flexibility and allowing you to engage with clients and families from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to tailor interventions.
\n
• Regularly monitor outcomes and progress, adjusting the treatment plans based on individual child development needs and family priorities.
\n
• Provide evidence-based support to families, drawing on your expertise to recommend strategies that foster children's development in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model and Natural Learning Environment Practices to ensure effective learning opportunities for children.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and families to create a supportive and trusting environment conducive to growth.
\n
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations relevant to social work practice and ensure compliance with standards that protect client and staff health and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, and their families. Your work is essential in helping these children learn critical skills that typically develop in the first three years of life. By collaborating closely with families, you will support them in enhancing their child's development and addressing any concerns they may have.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the relevant Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license.
\n
• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in an early intervention setting.
\n
• Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices and a commitment to using evidence-based methodologies.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capability to handle multiple cases effectively.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, with a respectful and collaborative approach to working with clients and team members.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in child development and early intervention program delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
