As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Foster Future Foundation, you will work closely with our community health clinic teams and various local agencies to coordinate services and achieve greater outcomes for individuals and families in need. Regular business hours will typically apply, although some evening or weekend hours may be necessary to meet client needs and program demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to pinpoint social, emotional, and environmental challenges that impact their well-being.

• Develop and implement comprehensive service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and methods for monitoring clients' progress over time.

• Provide individualized counseling and support for clients facing various life challenges, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify resources within the community and facilitate access to those services, ensuring a comprehensive support network.

• Offer timely crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as warranted to ensure client safety and stability.

• Engage and collaborate with local agencies and service organizations to streamline client services and advocate effectively on their behalf.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to increase awareness of our agency’s offerings and to build strong partnerships within the community.

• Active participation in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing education sessions to enhance the collective knowledge of our team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and families grappling with various socioeconomic challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, those facing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, individuals struggling with substance abuse, and families experiencing poverty. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the support structures and resources available to these vulnerable populations, encouraging empowerment and long-term stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 60,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
