Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to uncover students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources, aiming to develop an accurate understanding of each individual's needs.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy based on recognized evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each student's unique situation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and school personnel, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for students.

• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to students in need of immediate support.

• Facilitate educational workshops, support groups, and group therapy sessions for students, parents, and staff to promote a community-based understanding of mental health.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all clinical records are accurate and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting school-aged children and adolescents experiencing mental health issues. You will aim to empower students to address their mental health challenges proactively, fostering resilience and coping skills that lead to improved academic and social functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
