We are currently looking for 'Resource Management Partner – Budget, FP&A & Marketing Operations' to support one of our clients with the following skills:

Requirement:

Title: Resource Management Partner – Budget, FP&A & Marketing Operations

Location: Atlanta, GA / 100% Remote

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2 (All-Inclusive)

Openings: 1

Preferred Time Zone: ET/CT

Travel: Potentially once per year

Extension/FTE: Possible, based on business needs

Mandatory Skills:

Process Management, Process Improvement, Budget Management, FP&A, Financial Operations, Budgeting, Forecasting, Actuals, Variance Analysis, Allocadia / Uptempo or any Marketing/MarCom Tools experience, Procurement, Purchase Orders (POs), Invoice Management, Accruals, Vendor Management, Advanced Excel, PivotTables, PivotCharts, Problem-Solving, Root-Cause Analysis, Attention to Detail, Stakeholder Management

Job Description

Seeking a Resource Management Partner to support global Marketing/MarCom operations, including budgeting, FP&A, procurement, vendor management, resource planning, and process improvement.

Mandatory Skills

Extensive Process Management / Process Improvement experience
Strong Budget Management, FP&A, and Financial Operations experience
Budgeting, forecasting, actuals, and variance analysis
Experience with Allocadia, Uptempo, or other Marketing/MarCom tools
Procurement, PO, invoice, accrual, and vendor management
Advanced Excel (PivotTables/PivotCharts)
Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; 5–7+ years of relevant experience; global enterprise experience; PowerPoint and AI tool proficiency.

Work Model: 100% Remote

Equipment: Windows Laptop

Note: Allocadia/Uptempo experience is preferred, not mandatory. Candidates with relevant experience using other Marketing/MarCom platforms are welcome to apply.
