This role is entirely remote, utilizing a telehealth model to connect with patients across Texas. With work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs and challenges of individual patients, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate educational and support groups that promote understanding of mental health issues, strengthen community bonds, and provide encouragement.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals—to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services to assist clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources, empowering them with knowledge to enhance recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using industry-leading electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in team meetings, case consultations, and training opportunities to continuously enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Clients may present with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma histories, and substance use issues, requiring a nuanced and compassionate approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Strong skills in conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective, client-centered treatment strategies.

• Proven experience providing therapy to various demographics, with an emphasis on cultural competence and sensitivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n
