Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and tailor effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborating closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Delivering crisis intervention services to support clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and mental health stability.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse array of individuals facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold at least a master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling services is required, candidates with additional experience working within community mental health settings or utilizing trauma-informed care practices will be prioritized.
