Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs and therapeutic goals.

• Regularly track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and providing continuous support throughout the therapeutic process.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to conduct individual counseling sessions, focusing particularly on women aged 35-55, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, including other therapists and specialists, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care, facilitating referrals when indicated.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while managing documentation through our advanced electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus in this role will be on providing counseling services to women aged 35 to 55, a demographic often facing unique challenges such as midlife transitions, family dynamics, and mental health concerns. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex emotional landscapes, equipping them with coping strategies and therapeutic tools to foster resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field with a specialization in clinical mental health counseling.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices and client management.

• A strong understanding of ethical and legal considerations in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
