This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining a strong commitment to client care. You will work from your home office but remain connected through regular virtual meetings, collaborations, and team-building initiatives. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to administer interventions and track client progress towards established goals.

• Participate actively in case management and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting individuals who face various challenges related to mental health. This includes working with adults and adolescents who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional disturbances. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their feelings, develop coping strategies, and work towards achieving their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Current Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• At least two years of clinical experience, ideally in an outpatient setting, demonstrating expertise in behavioral health treatment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information and treatment documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
