Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other relevant clinical tools to develop individualized treatment plans.

  Continuously monitor patient progress, implementing strategic interventions to support their mental health needs effectively.

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including treatment records and reports, in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  Collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet individual goals and objectives.

  Coordinate referrals to external providers and resources, acting as a liaison to ensure patients receive the appropriate level of care.

  Offer education and mentoring to interns, residents, and newer team members through formal and informal training opportunities.

  Participate in team meetings to share insights and provide peer-to-peer support, enhancing collaborative efforts within the clinical community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes managing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual pay between USD 90,000 and 105,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
