Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions—both individual and group formats—providing clients with therapeutic interventions aimed at improving their mental well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies for patients facing diverse issues, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance use concerns.

• Create and maintain accurate, confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to offer comprehensive care by utilizing referrals as appropriate.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, employing strong crisis management skills to support clients during acute issues.

• Participate in supervision and case consultations, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and shared knowledge within the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from adolescents to adults, who face various mental health challenges. Our clients include those dealing with substance abuse issues, mood disorders, anxiety, and complex trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid and current license as an LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or LCSW-R in New York state is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
