Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to the client’s circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to design and implement engaging therapeutic programs that address diverse mental health issues.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously using electronic health record systems to track progress and outcomes effectively.

• Evaluate and adapt therapeutic strategies based on ongoing patient feedback and progress reports to optimize care delivery.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to ensure cohesive care coordination with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff.

• Take part in the credentialing committee, contributing to best practices and maintaining high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve spans various demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges. Your role will primarily focus on individuals facing developmental differences, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid LPCC license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
