Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health needs to inform treatment planning.

• Facilitate therapy sessions employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a diverse set of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Monitor and assess client progress, adapting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to client outcomes, using insights to tailor therapeutic approaches and enhance efficacy.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to craft integrated, holistic treatment strategies for each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license to practice in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of three years of experience delivering mental health counseling in an outpatient setting.

• An in-depth understanding of various mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.

• A demonstrated ability to work independently and navigate a flexible schedule with professionalism.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant digital tools to streamline documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is three years of outpatient experience, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapies (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) may have an advantage in our selection process. Experience with telehealth modalities is also advantageous given our remote work environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
