Groundskeeper and Ranch Operations Assistant (6079) Location: Illinois Job Number: 6079 Groundskeeper and Ranch Operations Assistant position available on a 1,235 acre ranch in northwest Illinois, along the Mississippi River. MUST communicate effectively in English, have valid driver's license, and work with minimal supervision. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. In addition, there may be a part-time housekeeping job available during the summer for a second person. Daily chores (caring for animals, tending to gardens, cleaning swimming pool, etc.) General farm work (fencing, pasture maintenance, clearing brush) Lawn care and landscaping (mowing, trimming, seeding, watering, planting) Maintenance/repair work on buildings and machines Occasional help with the ranch's 15 horses and 150 beef cows Training available for the right person.
