Work Environment

This role is primarily an onsite position within a home care setting, allowing you to engage directly with patients in a familiar and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical conditions and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that may include exercise programs, stretching techniques, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Regularly track and document patient progress and responses to treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, coping strategies, and the use of assistive devices to enhance daily living activities.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, maintaining current knowledge of best practices, and participating in relevant professional networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
