Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using advanced evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities based on client preferences and treatment goals.

• Engage actively in establishing therapeutic goals with clients, continuously evaluating their progress and adjusting treatment strategies when necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients who may face physical or geographical barriers to in-person sessions.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory compliance, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as workshops, training sessions, and professional groups to stay informed about the latest practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma disorders, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique background and specific needs of each client is essential to forming a trusting therapeutic relationship and facilitating their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrable skills in communication and interpersonal relations, enabling the establishment of a safe and trusting environment for clients.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental stance regarding clients' experiences and challenges.
