This position offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work environment, allowing you to conduct your practice from the comfort of your home. With no on-call responsibilities, you will enjoy a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health histories and substance use challenges.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of adolescents and young adults.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow clinicians and treatment team members to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.

• Educate families on the treatment process and engage them actively in their loved ones’ recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and protection of patient information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults who are coping with a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Understanding the unique experiences and challenges faced by this demographic is crucial to delivering tailored and effective care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD is essential.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, specifically with adolescent and young adult populations.

• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and familiar with electronic health records (EHRs), along with strong computer skills, including navigating Google Suite applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to facilitate effective interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

• A warm, empathetic demeanor that fosters engagement and trust with clients.

• Commitment to participate in ongoing training in our evidence-based care pathways to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, which is competitive and commensurate with experience.
