Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for our Wolfgang Puck Restaurant in the Seidman Cancer Center located at the UH Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. The Executive Chef will direct and manage food production and daily operations as well as adhere to Wolfgang Puck's corporate standards. Other responsibilities include hands‑on food preparation, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, and training hourly employees. Great position for restaurant managers who desire a better work‑life balance. Primary shift is 6:00 am‑4:00 pm, with minimal weekends! Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well‑being. What You’ll Do Implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the restaurant Be responsible for Food and Physical Safety and annual training for all hourly associates Manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff Procurement and purchasing Create menus based on client needs Implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail and catering What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience – 2 years.
