Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Tele to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to MedSurg/Tele patients.
• Float to various units, including Neuro, Trauma, and Cardiac, as required to meet staffing demands.
• Manage patient drips and maintain detailed charts using EPIC systems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory services and IV teams.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, including nicotine-free policies and weekend/holiday work requirements.
• Participate in rapid response and code team activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a large urban hospital setting.
• Proficient in cardiac telemetry and management of dysrhythmias.
• Experience with EPIC charting and handling various drips, including Nitro and Heparin.
• Willingness to float to multiple units and the Bellevue campus as needed.
• Commitment to working 2 out of 3 major holidays and flexibility with weekend shifts.
