Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, including pre-crisis and crisis strategies, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively as indicated by the clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, actively contributing to the development of best practices within the organization.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring adherence to industry standards.

• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to promote effective communication and program integration.

• Engage with community agencies and organizations to foster collaborative partnerships that advance our initiatives and secure additional resources.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through conferences, training sessions, and representing the agency in various networks to keep abreast of new developments in the field.
