Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs thoroughly, utilizing established diagnostic tools and personal interviews.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapies tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based therapies.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers, to formulate a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in crisis intervention practices, providing immediate assistance and emotional support to clients in distress.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives designed to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma, collaborating with local organizations and schools for workshops and informational sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's degree or doctorate in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
