A hybrid sales-and-leadership role spanning Nutraceutical, Food & Beverage, Pet Food, Sports Nutrition, and Premix markets. You’ll manage your own accounts while guiding a team focused on winning new business and growing existing ones. About the Role Drive territory results — revenue, margin, pipeline, forecasts Balance personal selling with team coaching and accountability Build new relationships and deepen current customer accounts Act as a trusted advisor through market knowledge and tailored solutions Partner with sourcing, quality, logistics, and marketing teams Maintain CRM accuracy and travel roughly 40% for client and industry engagement About You 8+ years in ingredient or raw-material sales Demonstrated success hitting sales goals Background in Nutraceutical, F&B, Pet Food, Sports Nutrition, or CPG Some team leadership or mentoring experience Existing contacts in the Western Territory helpful Skilled with CRM/ERP tools and cross-team communication Self-driven, adaptable, and thrives under fast-paced conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr
