Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for significant flexibility in managing your work schedule while delivering critical mental health services. While the primary schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload, establishing meaningful relationships with clients to foster trust and adherence to professional ethical standards.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, address concerns, and discuss treatment planning, ensuring timely discharge for clients who have met their therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans, incorporating feedback and results from clinical assessments.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic interventions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish client needs and initiate appropriate treatment protocols.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.

• Engage in supervision sessions, contributing to professional growth and quality improvement in clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential must be current, active, independent, and unrestricted.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY is required.
