Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of client needs, formulating individualized therapy strategies tailored to each unique situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve adolescents and their families, many of whom encounter barriers to accessing quality mental health care. Your clinical expertise will aid in addressing a spectrum of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your efforts will be rewarded with an annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
