Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Elite Horizon, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care, effectively communicating recommendations and adjustments in treatment plans.

• Participating in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and seminars to stay informed about the latest mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on serving individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing mental health care. Many of our clients are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relational issues. Your expertise will be critical in developing customized strategies that empower our clients to overcome their obstacles and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.
\n
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating effective therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to counseling practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse clientele.

• Proficiency in using EMR systems and other counseling-related technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
