Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individual evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, contingent on experience and caseload management. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental, vision, and health insurance, along with malpractice insurance coverage. Counselors will also receive referrals for clients to help grow their practice while benefiting from support with billing and documentation processes to alleviate administrative burdens.
