Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health and substance use challenges and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with clients in setting realistic and achievable therapeutic goals while consistently monitoring and documenting their progress throughout their journey.

• Engage with clients requiring flexibility in service delivery, such as those preferring virtual sessions or individuals facing barriers to traditional in-person therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements to ensure quality care and accountability.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with mental health disorders, substance use issues, and those in crisis situations. Your work will significantly contribute to improving therapeutic outcomes for clients who may be experiencing severe emotional distress or psychiatric emergencies, including those at risk of self-harm.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload volume. In addition to base salary, we provide:
