Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns and to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, skillfully using therapeutic techniques to engage clients and encourage open communication.

Your client interactions will encompass a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
