Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and tailored therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license in California is required.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is necessary; however, a Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is preferred for comprehensive understanding.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust with clients, and a strong commitment to maintaining ethics and confidentiality.

• Proficient in utilizing technology for telehealth services, documentation, and client communication.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of professional experience is required, candidates with extensive backgrounds in telehealth services, group therapy modalities, or specialty training in trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), can significantly enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
