Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be performed primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. While working remotely, you will still have the opportunity to engage actively with clients through video therapy sessions. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, although flexibility for evening and weekend sessions will be accommodated based on client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapy to individuals, couples, and families dealing with mental health issues in a supportive outpatient setting.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to accurately gauge client needs and develop effective, goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to effectively address traumatized clients and diverse mental health issues.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously, adhering to state regulations and LumaMind Therapy’s internal standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on treatment strategies and share insights.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, actively seeking out training opportunities provided by the organization to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada or eligibility for licensure within a 90-day timeframe.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a relevant field from a recognized institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
