Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Hill Top Mental Health, your vital contributions will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families, addressing specific needs and dynamics.

• Providing both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to treat issues such as grief, anxiety, and conflict resolution.

• Facilitating communication between family members to improve relationships and mitigate conflict.
\n
• Specializing in areas such as blended families, separation, divorce adjustment, and medical issues affecting family dynamics.

• Engaging with families to implement coping strategies and tools that encourage healthy communication and conflict resolution.

• Tracking progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches based on patient feedback and observed outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse clients, including couples, children, and adolescents, each facing varying challenges. Your client-centered approach will empower clients from different backgrounds and circumstances, ensuring all receive the tailored support they need. Common areas of focus will include:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
