Life Escape Counseling Center is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team providing exceptional services to young children and their families. This full-time remote position involves a collaborative approach to early intervention, contributing to the development and well-being of children with disabilities or developmental delays. This role is performed remotely, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong team collaboration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand the individual needs of children.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring tailored strategies that enhance child learning and development.

• Monitor and document progress, collaborating with team members to adjust interventions based on outcomes, and communicate findings to families clearly and empathetically.

• Provide families with essential support, resources, and information to empower them in their child's development journey.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach, aligning strategies with children's developmental milestones.

• Facilitate effective coaching models and natural environment teaching to foster skill acquisition in everyday settings.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant working practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with young children, including infants and toddlers, delivering early intervention services that facilitate the development of key skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Your role will focus on supporting families, recognizing the critical importance of their involvement in the intervention process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure as LCSW issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention or related settings.
